Returns & Exchanges
To make things easy for yourself (and us!) - please choose wisely before ordering and if you have any questions about any of our products, please send us an email prior to ordering so that we may clarify anything there and then to avoid a potentially incorrect order being made.
Sometimes you just want more detail before you buy, we get that - heck google is our middle name, we don't order anything until we have researched the shiz out of it!
So just send us an email first - you don't have time to be returning or exchanging things!
We will happily provide a return or exchange on all standard products (items that have not been personalised or customised in any way) as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt, are undamaged and in their original packaging.
For returns: postage back to Ashwood Lane is at the expense of the purchaser and provided the product is undamaged and in original condition, you will be refunded the full amount on the item purchased (not including postage).
For exchanges: postage back to Ashwood Lane is at the expense of the purchaser, as is postage for the new item. Any price difference (if exchanging for a lower cost item) will be refunded to the customer.
For personalised or custom orders: as we have endeavoured to involve you with every step of the design process including proofs that would have been agreed upon, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
